Odawara International Friendship Association

OIFA was established on June 2, 1982 taking the opportunity of cooperating with Chula Vista, California as a sister city. The purpose of OIFA is to deepen mutual understanding and friendship between citizens and foreigners who have come to Odawara from various countries including Chula Vista, and to make a contribution to the formation of a local international society.
